Hello Dear Reader,
I’ve exercised myself into a heap tonight. Sometimes, I don’t sleep very well so I purposefully wear myself out by running a few more kilometres. I’ve succeeded and now I’m too shattered to write.
I will sleep well tonight.
Until tomorrow,
Love Froogs xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ah, this is really funny ! But actually lots of teachers, like me, have difficulties in sleeping towards the end of the school year perhaps because it is so hectic. They also say that exercise in the evening sometimes keep you awake. Although, as Margaret says, you look really relaxed there !

What a cute dog! I too am a rubbish sleeper and find.physical exercise is the only thing which helps. Though I must say sometimes it has the opppsite effect as I end up hyped up and wide awake!

When you have recovered, please have a look at the article in a The Daily Mail today, by Rose Prince. She doesn't believe it is possible to feed a family of four on £80 a week. The article is called 'Feed your family of four for just £80 a week?' I thought she might be interested in your family of four meal planner.

Hey Froogs! The doggy has great style 🙂
I always find that when I try really hard to exercise like that, it actually helps charge the batteries! However, the quality of sleep is better for it. I suppose it is horses for courses though. 🙂

Hello duck face hope your well. I took a look at this and I'm not a mum nor do I run my own home (yet in the process fingers crossed) but I do work for one of the main four supermarkets and even I was shocked at some of the prices between what she bought and what she could buy , for example £1.55 for spagaitie what's the difference between the high end brad she clear bought and the value rang she could have bought ? Something a miss in this arrival I feel she may have been out to prove the point and bought higher end rather then thrifty shopper . However coming to the end of the arrival I did feel the point of wanting to hear ed's wife's thoughts on it as I'm sure it is her who buys the shopping ?
