Hello Dear Reader,

Just a quick hello then I’m off to get an evening walk in before the weather turns torrential! I had some home made faggots in the freezers, so I defrosted them and made a tomato sauce from onions, garlic, peppers and celery and cooked them with some olive oil and tinned tomatoes. I poured the tomato sauce over half way through cooking. I cooked some oven chips and peas and had a Friday night supper that any takeaway would be proud of! Sometimes it needs to be easy so I can put my feet up with a book.
